Recently, I’ve been thinking about the most important things in life, and think perhaps these 4 elements sum up the most crucial parts:
Purpose, Time, Health & Relationships.
Purpose – With a sense of purpose, it’s certainly easier to get out of bed in the mornings & to continue on when life throws its various, yet inevitable challenges on to your path.
Time – A finite resource; once spent, itβs gone. We canβt get time back, but we can learn lessons to stop us from repeating the same mistakes & we can choose to be selective and intentional with the time we have. Being “present” allows us to fully appreciate what we have in the here & now.
Health – Often not truly appreciated until it’s lacking, being in good health, both physically, mentally & spiritually impacts all of life’s facets. Although sometimes out of our control, if we’re honest with ourselves, we can all likely make efforts to improve in this area.
Relationships – People are what life is about. They are so important in helping us to live a fulfilling life. We all benefit in finding the time to spend on the positive relationships in our world. And we can all learn & grow from the more challenging relationships we encounter along our life journeys…….
